He spent many years learning and gaining experience in the traditional style of the Mosel. After receiving his degree in winemaking, business and agriculture, he decided to travel to the United States on a quest to pursue his winemaking passion.

MighTea Boba is Canandaigua’s only Bubble Tea Shop! Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan in the early 1980s and is named for the tapioca pearls or Boba that settle at the bottom of the cup. Little foamy “bubbles” also form on the top of the drink after we shake it up.
